Get ready for a fresh take on Atlanta Entertainment!  The Velvet Note is a beautifully-appointed soundstage and club room in Alpharetta, Georgia, showcasing exceptional musical talent to the accompaniment of outstanding food, spirits and service.

Designed by musicians for musicians, our soundstage has been meticulously crafted by acoustic design engineer George Seldon (a protégée of the great George Lucas) to provide the purest vocal and instrumental reception available to a live audience.  Open exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays, the Velvet Note is quickly gaining visibility as one of the most unique things to do in Atlanta.  Here’s what musicians are saying about playing at The Velvet Note.

My wife and I recently visited The Velvet Note in Alpharetta Ga by invitation from a good friend. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. I’m originally born and raised in NYC, so I’m familiar with quality jazz venues and the like…and I’ve run a nightclub for 18 years. Well, now it’s right here, just outside of Atlanta. The stunning and intimate environment is something you must witness live. Just as the description…you feel like your in your own living room, listening to the purest acoustic sound possible. Every seat is a GREAT seat so you need to make reservations. Service and staff were excellent. The owner Tamara Fuller was gracious and very accessible. Do yourself a favor and visit The Velvet Note, Friday or Sat..it will be well worth your time  –Todd Smith
