Join us for a very special moment, as this songstress unveils arrangements from her debut jazz album and celebrates her birthday at The Velvet Note. With a timeless, rich vocal style from simple tenderness to sultry pop, Nazia Chaudhry (“Naz”) specializes in the American Songbook & Latin jazz traditions. She is a multifaceted performer, music arranger, and educator. In addition to her career as a vocalist, she has found success from stage to screen as an actress in voiceover, television, and film, as well as in musicals, opera, and theater. Just before the release of her album, Naz is honored to be named a Sennheiser/Neumann Authorized Partner. Both Sennheiser and Neumann are the industry-standard global leaders in producing the highest quality microphones and recording equipment.
