Swing! The Hot Club of Atlanta returns to The Velvet Note to celebrate the music of Benny Good man and Peggy Lee. The Hot Club plays prohibition era speakeasy hot jazz and vintage American popular music, and features drummer and bandleader Dana Fitzsimons, Eric Fontaine (clarinet), Bll Graham (piano) and Robert Dickson (bass). On this special night, the group will feature music from the famous Benny Good man trio, and will be joined by vocalist Amy Munson to celebrate songs made popular by legendary jazz vocalist Peggy Lee, including timeless classics such as “It’s a Good Day” and “Where or When”.
Showtime: 7:30. Cocktails and Dinner begin at 6:00pm. Admission: $15.
