Nikolai Panov is a world-renowned saxophonist who has performed in countries across the globe, including: US, France, Germany , India, China, Netherlands, Russia, Belgium, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Greece, Egypt, Israel, and Turkey.
Across his performances, Nikolai has shared the frontline with: Steve Wonder, Natalie Cole, Gunther Schuller, Jonny Griffin, Cyrus Chestnut, Miki Howard, Deborah Brown , Phillip Catherine, Dave Samuels, as well as, many other outstanding musicians.
On April 27th 2014, the Coastal Jazz Association in Savannah presented The Annual Duke Ellington Tribute with Nikolai Panov as the featured performer.
His group “FourMation” includes Nikolai Panov on tenor and soprano saxophone, Mark Tucker on piano, Steve Blair on acoustic bass, and Bill Norman on drums.
