Guitarist/composer/producer, Trevor Wolford, began his career at the early age of 6 playing in church and sitting in with jazz musicians in Atlanta. He went on to earn a degree in Classical Guitar at Brevard College (North Carolina) where he was able to extend his musical knowledge under the wisdom of instructors including Lou Mowad and Stephen K. Wilson. Studying Classical, Jazz, West African, and South American music attributes to his wide palette of colors that are found in many of Trevor’s compositions. When he is not playing with his group Kissing Electric you can find him on stage backing up artists including Pip the Pansy, Chantae Cann, Carmen Rodgers, and Mathai (from NBC’s the Voice). In 2017 his group Kissing Electric released their debut EP entitled “KE_EP”. In May 2018 Trevor received his Masters in Jazz Studies from Georgia State University.
