Originally a Warner Robins, Georgia native, this 25 year-old is an active live and studio woodwind performing artist living in Atlanta, GA. With frequent shows spanning the United States he is currently promoting his first CD released July 4th, 2012. The new CD, self-titled, is New Jazz. Amongst the players are Atlanta’s finest including Mark Strowbridge, Phil Davis, David Ellington and Marlon Patton. From the first track Ryan sums up what he has been doing with his life since his departure from Kennesaw State University in 2008. “I didn’t choose the music as much as it chose me. Atlanta is a groove-oriented town with a steep history in Hip-Hop, R&B and Soul. My passion for Jazz and Fusion mixes with this like a strong cocktail.”
