Bassist Kirk Green

Kirk Green is an award-winning bassist, composer, filmmaker, and performing artist. He has written and start in commercials for radio and television including producing 14 episodes of his own Internet series called The Living Room Diaries, a satirical interview program based upon the lives of local South Florida musicians. This series received acclaim on the local station WSVN Fox channel  Decco Drive TV show. Kirk is also produced a short film documentary called Condo Commandos which was selected to be a part of the Cannes Film Festival and subsequently who was the winner of the 2010 Fort Lauderdale film festival.

As a performing artist, Kirk has played in cozy intimate venues to large at the theaters and arenas, including headlining his own show two years in a row at the Mizner Park Amphitheater Boca Raton as a part of their Sunset music series. Adept at many styles of music, Kirk has also worked with many local and international musicians such as legendary jazz trumpeter Melton Mustafa, the late saxophonist Grover Washington, bassist Victor Wooten, and countless others. He has toured with recording artist Joss Stone, and was the musical director for Lauryn Hill.  He has performed with the likes of R Kelly, Kelly Roland, Frank Romano of matchbox 20, Damion and Kymani Marley, Lionel Richie, and many others. He is currently working and performing with three time Grammy winning producer, Kenny Bartolomei.

As an acclaimed producer, Kirk has worked on and produced over 20 albums and is a voting member of the Florida Grammy nominating committee. He himself was nominated for a Grammy for work done on the hit single on the double platinum album by Ricky Martin called The Best Thing About Me Is You.
