Jerome’s composition “Mighty Spirit” has become the longest running PSA commercial in the history of television. “Mighty Spirit” was also used as the National theme song for the “Points of Light” campaign, for which he was honored at the White House for his contribution to the nation. The Alvin Ailey Dance Company features “Mighty Spirit” in its “Slaves” ballet production and The Walt Disney Company used it for their 50th anniversary celebration.
