SHOWTIMES: 7:30PM AND 9:30PM. Brothers, Marc & Mike Stith have been performing together in Jazz festivals, nightclubs, and private engagements since 1989. Music has taken them from their base of Atlanta, Georgia to Montreal, Canada and everywhere in between. The brothers are known for their velvety-smooth baritone treatment of some of the greatest compositions ever made in Jazz & The Great American Songbook.
Marc & Mike studied with the great Bill Brannen from 1989 to 1991. Most of the brothers’ professional career has been spent as featured vocalist behind former Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers pianist, Johnny O’neal. They have had the great honor to perform before Jazz greats such as Milt Jackson, Kenny Burrell, Nancy Willson, and Eddie Harris.
The brothers have a great passion for Jazz and the Great American Songbook. Their recent recording, High Standards, is a tribute to legendary figures such as Nat King Cole, Joe Williams, Frank Sinatra, and Johnny Hartman. Marc & Mike are heeding the advice of their hero, Joe Williams, who told them quite bluntly, “do what you do.”
