DESCRIPTION:Saunders Sermons II is an American singer\, trombonist\, song writer and a two-time Grammy Award Winner. Born and raised in Miami\, FL\, Sermons began playing the trombone at the age of 11. Since then\, he has grown to become an established independent artist with an admirable music career. \n\n\n\nMajoring in jazz studies at the New School in New York City enabled Sermons to flesh out and hone his skills as a trombonist while encouraging him to branch out as a singer and songwriter. As a trombonist\, Sermon’s vocals & trombone can be heard on Tedeschi Trucks Bands single “Part Of Me.” He has performed with hip hop and R&B icons such as 50 Cent\, Diddy\, and Snoop Dog\, with whom Sermons toured Europe and North America\, along with Jay-Z and Mary J. Blige. \n\n\n\nIn 2008 Saunders toured with R&B Grammy award vocalist Maxwell earning him his first Grammy.  Sermons has been a member of the Tedesci Trucks Band since 2010\, a role that has earned him a second GRAMMY award. \n\n\n\nSermons has also performed with jazz trumpet player Roy Hargrove. DESCRIPTION:*** SOLD OUT!!  SOLD OUT!  *** \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nA native of Awendaw\, SC\, Charlton Singleton began his musical studies at the age of three on the piano. He would then go on to study the organ\, violin\, cello\, and the trumpet throughout elementary\, middle and high school. In 1994\, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from South Carolina State University. Since that time\, he has taught music at the elementary\, middle\, and high school levels\, as well as being an adjunct faculty member at the College of Charleston. In 2008 he co-founded and became the Artistic Director and Conductor of the Charleston Jazz Orchestra; an 18 piece jazz ensemble of some of the finest professional musicians in the Southeast and the resident big band in Charleston\, SC. Mr. Singleton is also the organist and choir director at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Charleston\, SC. In November of 2016 he was named the inaugural Artist in Residence at the recently renovated Gaillard Center in downtown Charleston. He remained in this position until July 2019; at that point he was named Artist in Residence Emeritus. In this position he continues to lead the Summer Youth Jazz Orchestra Camp as well as lead the “Jazz Through the Ages” assembly\, which attracts a capacity crowd of students at the Gaillard Center.  \n\n\n\nAs a performer\, Charlton leads his own ensembles that vary in size and style. He has performed in France\, Great Britain\, Scotland\, Spain\, Germany\, Austria\, Italy\, Switzerland\, Norway\, Canada\, The Netherlands\, as well as many great cities throughout the United States. He is a founding member of a new ensemble called Ranky Tanky. The group is a quintet that interprets the sounds of Gullah from the Southeast Coast of the United States. In 2017 Ranky Tanky reached the top of the Billboard\, iTunes\, and Amazon Contemporary Jazz charts with their self-titled debut recording. In 2019 they accomplished the same feat with the release of their sophomore effort\, “Good Time”\, which recently won the 2020 Grammy Award for “Best Regional Roots Music Album”. \n\n\n\nIn addition to performing\, he is in demand as a speaker\, clinician\, composer\, and arranger. He has also shared the stage with and/or worked with some of most talented entertainers in the world\, including Bobby McFerrin\, Jimmy Heath\, Slide Hampton\, Houston Person\, Darius Rucker\, Fred Wesley\, and Cyrus Chestnut to name a few. As the character\, Cinderella\, she sang and danced in the Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Surprise Celebration show.  She also played the role of Belle in MGM’s Beauty & The Beast show. \n\n\n\nIn early 2005\, she formed a jazz quartet and performed throughout Florida and Georgia\, including Downtown Disney’s Pleasure Island Jazz Company\, the House of Blues Orlando\, Nikki Beach Miami\, Churchill Grounds Atlanta and Sambuca in Buckhead. \n\n\n\nLater\, having moved to NYC\, Ms. Farnsworth performed regularly with Harold Mabern Jr\, Joseph Farnsworth\, Eric Alexander\, John Webber\, Sharp Radway and Anthony Wonsey.  Oftentimes\, she was a featured vocalist with the Harold Mabern Jr Trio at the Village Vanguard\, Dizzy’s Coca-Cola Club and clubs around the world including Greece\, Vienna\, Russia and Italy.   \n\n\n\n7:30 show is SOLD OUT!! DESCRIPTION:Camilla Sanders has spent the past 25 years swinging audiences on the east coast from Florida to New York. Originally from Daytona Beach\, she attended the University of North Florida’s renowned school of jazz and moved to New York City. From 2000 to 2005 she hosted weekly live jazz and jam sessions at Langan’s New York in Times Square and performed with several of the world’s greatest jazz musicians.  \n\n\n\nIn 2006\, Camilla teamed up with Grammy-nominated saxophonist Brad Leali and Lincoln Center trumpeter Marcus Printup to record her second album “Talk About a Dream\,” in tribute to the legendary Nancy Wilson/Cannonball Adderley album. She can be seen performing around Atlanta with her group as well as serving as pianist and music director for local theaters and co-owner of Ponier Music Woodstock.
