Her portrayal earned her a 2014 NAACP Image Award Nominee and she accepted 3 GLAAD Awards on behalf of the show for her role in a groundbreaking storyline. \n\n\n\nOn this magical evening\, Karla will be singing songs from Hollywood Movie Musicals and Soundtracks–from Lena Horne to Waiting to Exhale. And look out for a special appearance from Actor Clifton Davis! \n\n\n\nAs a singer Karla has been recognized by The New York Times\, Time Out New York and Variety.
