Live Music in Atlanta
At the Velvet Note, we feature both nationally-recognized and acclaimed artists, as well as the best musicians in the local Atlanta region. Our sound stage is honored to host a true classic—our 1924 Baldwin M series baby grand piano.
Wednesday night, we feature our mid-week concert series–no reservations necessary. Thursdays are our open mic jam, open to musicians, vocalists and fans throughout the Greater Atlanta are. Friday evenings feature acoustic artists spanning rock, folk, country and indie music. On Saturday nights, we are an intimate jazz club, devoted to various styles jazz and blues, both vocal and instrumental.
